Choosing a necklace length
A. If a necklace strand is 15” around in the item description, this is where the necklace will hang.
B. If this is where you would prefer the necklace hung, then the new length will be 18.5”.
Determine your desired necklace length, then send a message in the form above once your purchase is complete. We will restring the purchased necklace to your desired length for free! Customizing a necklace length can add 7-14 days to ship time, which is usually 1-5 days.
How to know if the current length will work for you:
Wrap a tape measure around your neck with the ends in front of you, as shown on the left. Position the end of the tape measure at the measurement corresponding to the current length (A). That is where the necklace strand will hang (will be the top of the pendant or center).
If the current strand length is too tight or too long, adjust the tape measure until the end meets the tape at your desired length (B). That is the number you will send to us for customizing (round to nearest 1/4 or 1/2 of an inch).
